Job Overview

Target Integration Inc is seeking a results-driven CRM Sales Consultant & Project Manager to lead client-facing CRM sales initiatives while overseeing successful project delivery. This role blends IT solution selling, technical consulting, and project management, making it ideal for a professional who can own the full lifecycle—from pre-sales discovery to implementation and optimization.

This is a part-time, remote, US-based contract role for someone comfortable working independently, engaging clients, and driving revenue through consultative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

    IT Sales & Client Consulting
  • Lead sales discovery calls to understand client business needs, technical requirements, and growth goals
  • Design and present CRM and IT solution demos (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Act as a trusted IT consultant, translating business challenges into scalable CRM solutions
  • Support proposal development, pricing, and statements of work (SOWs)
  • Collaborate with leadership to help close new CRM and IT consulting engagements
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through value-driven consulting
    Project Management & Delivery
  • Own end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from kickoff to post-launch support
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and scope changes; implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
    Internal Systems & Optimization
  • Maintain and optimize internal CRM and sales pipelines
  • Track sales activity, project progress, and performance metrics
  • (Optional) Provide communication and accent coaching to team members as needed

  • Contract Type: Monthly Contract
  • Work Mode: 100% Remote (US-based)
  • Job Type: Part-Time
  • Hours: ~65 hours/month
  • Compensation: $1,200/month (fixed) + commission

  • Proven experience in IT sales, CRM consulting, or technology solution selling
  • Strong background in project management for IT or SaaS implementations
  • Comfortable balancing pre-sales activities and active project delivery
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts/projects
  • Experience working remotely with US-based clients
