About me:
I’m a lifestyle/beauty/health & wellness creator. I’m consistent posting but I’m missing a strong operating system: signature series, weekly rhythm, and a pipeline I can repeat. I need structure that supports both influencer growth + entrepreneurship.
Goal of this hire (30 days):
Build a clear, repeatable content & growth system that increases consistency, community connection, and brand-readiness.
Deliverables (must include):
1) Full platform audit (Instagram + TikTok + YouTube)
2) 2–3 signature series + content pillars + examples (50 hook ideas minimum)
3) Weekly posting rhythm (what posts on what days + purpose of each)
4) 14-day content calendar (titles, hooks, CTAs, talking points)
5) Repurposing workflow (IG → TikTok → Shorts) + folder naming + process
6) KPI dashboard + weekly review template (simple, creator-friendly)
7) Brand partnership “content that brands want” checklist + filming shot list
Nice-to-have:
- Creator/influencer experience (not just small business pages)
- Strong hook writing + short-form strategy
- Ability to deliver in Notion/Google Docs + Loom walkthroughs
Time & communication:
4–8 hrs/week for 4 weeks. 1 weekly call + async check-ins.
