Seeking a Creative Director and Reels/TikTok Creator for a podcast and personal brand targeting women aged 40+. I’m a podcast host and media personality looking for a creative content partner to help grow and elevate two brands:
- A midlife women’s podcast
- A lifestyle/red carpet personal brand
I already have a podcast editor who creates podcast clips.
I need someone who can conceptualize and create original social media content (especially reels/tiktoks) with a stylish, elevated feel.
This is NOT a basic social media manager role.
I’m looking for someone with strong taste who understands female-focused lifestyle brands and audiences 40+.
What you’ll help with:
Concept and edit reels/tiktoks (not podcast clips)
Suggest reel/tiktoks ideas and hooks weekly
Create carousels and visual posts
Trend research + adaptation
Maintain elevated, premium aesthetic
Help both brands feel consistent and stylish
Light caption or hook suggestions
Ideal candidate:
Must understand:
stylish female-owned brands
women 40+ audience
fashion/beauty/lifestyle space
how to make content feel premium and modern
Instagram + TikTok trends (without looking cheap)
Experience with:
female founders or influencers
podcasts or personal brands
luxury or lifestyle brands is a plus
