I am seeking an experienced CPA, financial analyst, valuation professional, or litigation-support accountant to assist in organizing and modeling my personal and business financial position in advance of a potential divorce. I own multiple real estate assets and business entities and am currently restructuring leverage, liquidity, and ownership. I need a professional who can both organize financials and model different scenarios involving debt, asset sales, and ownership restructuring. This role is focused on financial modeling and organization only. No legal advice is requested. Confidentiality is critical. NDA required. Scope of Work This role includes both financial organization and scenario modeling: Financial Organization Build consolidated personal balance sheet Build entity-level balance sheets Map ownership across entities Create debt schedule Create asset schedule Track liquidity and available credit Identify missing documentation Prepare clean financial summary Leverage & Liquidity Modeling Model scenarios such as: Leveraging specific real estate assets Increasing lines of credit Refinance proceeds Debt added to specific entities Compare pre vs post leverage net worth Compare liquidity outcomes Compare debt-to-asset ratios Ownership Restructuring Modeling Model scenarios involving: Selling shares to family members Selling shares to business partners Selling shares to another entity I own Combination ownership structures Reducing direct personal ownership Shifting ownership between entities For each scenario, show: ownership percentages control retained personal net worth impact liquidity impact debt allocation valuation impact Minority Interest / Valuation Modeling Model: partial ownership valuation minority ownership discount scenarios control vs minority value differences before/after ownership value attribution Asset Sale Modeling Model scenarios including: selling selected properties selling business interests partial asset liquidation combinations of sales and leverage Show: net worth impact liquidity impact ownership impact debt impact Deliverables Consolidated net worth statement Asset schedule Debt schedule Liquidity summary Entity ownership map Scenario modeling spreadsheet Ownership restructuring models Leverage comparison scenarios Minority ownership valuation scenarios Clean attorney-ready financial summary Ideal Candidate CPA, CFA, or strong financial analyst Strong Excel / modeling skills Experience with real estate portfolios preferred Experience with multiple LLC structures preferred Experience with ownership restructuring preferred Litigation support experience preferred Divorce financial prep experience preferred High net worth personal financial statements experience preferred Engagement Project based preferred Hourly acceptable Estimated 15–40 hours initially Possible follow-up work Confidentiality required
