- Description:
- Partner with data transformation, product and commercial teams on complex legal matters.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of complex legal contracts.
- Provide salient legal advice to technology, product and commercial teams.
- Develop and improve contractual templates, policies and procedures.
- Stay current on applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes.
- Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience.
- Transactions or litigation experience in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry (preferred).
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements (preferred).
- Experience in advanced technology or software product development (preferred).
