Role Overview As a Corporate Training Sales Consultant, you’ll lead B2B sales of EL’EV8U’s corporate training solutions, working with HR and L&D leaders to solve real business challenges and deliver high-value impact. Responsibilities • Identify and engage prospective corporate clients (10–500+ employees) • Conduct discovery calls with organizational decision-makers • Present and tailor EL’EV8U’s corporate training solutions to meet client goals • Negotiate and close contracts ($5K–$25K+ per engagement) • Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline • Represent EL’EV8U at industry events and conferences • Collaborate with our curriculum team to customize programs for clients Ideal Candidate • Proven B2B sales success (training, consulting, or SaaS preferred) • Track record of building and managing executive-level relationships • Skilled in consultative, needs-based selling with longer sales cycles • Strategic, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset • Self-starter with high standards of professionalism and integrity • Passion for organizational development, leadership, and lifelong learning • Bonus: Existing corporate network, HR/L&D industry knowledge, CRM and LinkedIn proficiency What We Offer • Comprehensive onboarding and sales enablement • Proposal templates, case studies, and curriculum support • CRM access and marketing resources • Weekly coaching and strategy sessions • Warm introductions for your first 30 days • A culture of excellence, growth, and shared success
