Job description: Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to join our creative team at Entreprenista. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in writing but also possesses a strategic mindset when it comes to crafting compelling copy for email marketing and email flows. As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in communicating the value of our Entreprenista League membership to our target audience of female founders.

- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute copy that align with the brand voice, mission, and values of Entreprenista
- Create engaging and persuasive email flows that guide potential and existing members through various stages of the membership journey, from awareness to conversion and retention
- Develop a deep understanding of The Entreprenista League membership and its benefits in order to effectively communicate its value to our target audience
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and member feedback to refine and optimize email copy and strategies
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and founders to ensure a cohesive and impactful messaging across all touchpoints
- Write and edit copy for landing pages, website content, social media, and other marketing materials as needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall marketing strategy
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in copywriting, email marketing, and female entrepreneurship to continuously improve our communication approach
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing previous work, specifically highlighting email marketing campaigns and copywriting samples
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as Klaviyo, content management systems, and project management software
- Knowledge of analytics and A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of copy and iterate for improvement
Time Commitment: This role requires roughly 15-20 hours of remote work per week.
