Responsibilities

The Coordinator, e-Learning and Documentation Support plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well‑coordinated

    onboarding and training experience for new hires, residents, students, travelers, and internal transfers. This position supports Epic training operations, manages access and password needs, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to maintain high‑quality training and documentation standards. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, service‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

    Required:
  • One year training coordination or related experience
    Desired
  • Experience providing administrative support for a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Associate degree or Bachelor degree
