About the position
- Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a relationship with the Government customer contracting office and Government appointed CORs.
- Receive, log, and store all correspondence received/sent to the Government customer.
- Draft and submit timely responses to all Government correspondence.
- Coordinate, review, and submit reports (CDRLs) in compliance with contract requirements.
- Maintain contract files in accordance with regulations.
- Coordinate with HomeSafe Leadership Team and appropriate functions to review contract modifications and task orders for execution.
- Draft, review, and record all contractual documents and correspondence.
- Provide recommendations on contract matters to the Leadership Team and functional teams.
- Requirements
- Experience in contract administration and management, particularly in government contracting.
- Strong understanding of FAR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with government officials and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience with military or government contracts is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
