About the position
- Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes for gaps, opportunities, control breaks, and compliance alignment, and work with partners to produce resolutions.
- Partner with businesses across the firm to strengthen the control environment and prepare operations teams for audits.
- Conduct Change Management Assessments to ensure process/system changes are evaluated, updated, tested, and implemented timely.
- Leverage data analytical skills to identify gaps and exceptions in processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and apply new tools and technology to meet current business needs and anticipate future needs.
- Requirements
- 4 years of relevant operations experience in data analytics, problem resolution, and change management.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Access).
- Ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely, and accurate manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and quality assurance oriented with a willingness to ask questions to gain full understanding of products or processes.
- 4+ years of experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, Java, or Alteryx.
