Role Description
This is a commission-based remote role for a Partner at LANE & VIRK INNOVATIONS LLC. The Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. Additional tasks include conducting client training sessions, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management, and collaborating with other team members to drive business growth. The role will involve leveraging a results-oriented approach to achieve sales targets.

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Ability to deliver Training sessions for team members and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and self-motivation
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in commission-based roles or familiarity with performance-driven roles is a plus
