Job Description Commercial Insurance Account Manager (Small Business) Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage. Candidate will be familiar with all coverage lines with both admitted and non-admitted carriers. The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications β€’ Experience working with multiple lines coverage. β€’ Ability to manage a large, established book of business. β€’ Prior experience in a client facing role, building and maintaining relationships β€’ Ability to handle new and renewal business, including coverage review and endorsements. β€’ Ability to review insurance contracts for accuracy. β€’ Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews. β€’ Ability to work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue. β€’ Responsible for retention of all accounts assigned to them. β€’ Apply problem solving techniques to various issues including cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, carrier issues. β€’ Experience in brokerage setting. β€’ Carry an active P&C license.
