Job Description

    Skills/Abilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology project task-based role with a minimum 3 years' experience supporting various collaboration and productivity platforms. Similar platform experience will be considered.
  • Engineering degree, certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and leading enterprise projects.
  • Expert in Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, MS Power Platform, Monday.com and APIs and Integrations
  • Proficient with Box.com, Lucid, Slack, ChatGPT
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and identity federation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms to layman s terms.
  • Organized, with the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience and comfort in delivering presentations to senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Ability to travel globally if required.
  • Schedule flexibility to work with partners in multiple global time zones.
  • Willingness to learn and lead to resolve issues.
    Education
  • Bachelor s degree in one of the following fields:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Business Administration (with a strong IT or systems focus)
    Preferred Education & Certifications
  • Master s degree in related discipline is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications include:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer
  • Google Workspace Administrator Certification
  • ITIL Foundation or PMP for project and service management
