About Us:
We are a growing real estate team specializing in residential rentals and sales across New York and New Jersey. Our mission is to deliver top-tier service to clients while providing scalable support systems for agents and vendors. We are now hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator and Lead Support to assist in our fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:
As an Appointment Coordinator / Lead Support, you’ll serve as the backbone of our daily operations—handling inbound leads, scheduling property showings, and following up with prospects. You’ll work closely with licensed agents to streamline the client experience from inquiry to showing.

Manage incoming leads from platforms such as Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and CRM tools.
Schedule appointments for showings and consultations.
Coordinate between clients, showing agents, and management companies.
Pre-screen prospects (budget, income, credit, move-in date, etc.).
Ensure all communications are logged and managed via our CRM.
Encourage clients to transition communication from social media to direct contact (text/call/CRM).
Support agents by preparing appointment summaries and client info sheets.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of inquiries.
Must have access to a computer, smartphone, and stable internet.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with CRMs like Follow Up Boss is a bonus.
Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or other) is a strong plus.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position. You’ll receive a percentage per closed transaction you supported (rental or sale). The more appointments you coordinate that convert, the more you earn.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
