We’re a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for motivated individuals to help us find off-market real estate deals by speaking directly with property owners. Our mission is to create win-win solutions for property owners while building a high-performance team positioned for long-term growth in the real estate industry.
This position is perfect for someone excited to learn the fundamentals of real estate investing and grow alongside a scaling company. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to advancement into an Acquisitions Manager position, where you’ll take full ownership of negotiating and closing real estate deals end-to-end.
- What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to property owners using a multi-line dialer
- Follow provided call scripts while keeping conversations natural
- Determine whether the property owner is interested in selling
- If interested, ask a few basic questions about the property and its condition
- Schedule follow-up calls with our Acquisition Managers
- Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM
This is NOT aggressive sales.
Calls are straightforward, professional, and unintrusive. If someone isn’t looking to sell, you simply thank them and move on.
