- As a Clinical Therapist with Backpack Healthcare, you will:
- Provide virtual therapy to children, teens, and families via secure telehealth
- Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in our easy-to-use EHR
- Participate in individual and group supervision (for residents)
- Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to support outcomes We're Looking For Clinicians Who Are:
- Fully licensed or pre-licensed (e.g., LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMFT, LCMFT)
- Experienced in working with children, adolescents, or families
- Skilled in virtual care, documentation, and communication
- Passionate about providing inclusive, trauma-informed therapy
- Based in Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, or Georgia (Illinois coming soon!) Pay & Benefits
- Licensed Therapists: $65,000 – $85,000/year (FT equivalent), based on experience and location
- Resident Therapists: Competitive hourly rate + full licensure supervision
- W2 employment – includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k)
