- Work on client relationships ensuring excellent client service
- Manage a book of clients handling Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs)
- Execute day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to clients
- Create technical report specifications from indenture language
- Set up payment calculations in various systems
- Reconcile periodic collateral data
- Compile payment and tax reports
- Coordinate with operations teams for correct payments
- Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals
- Participate in new client proposals
- Lead business-related projects
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of related experience or similar field
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
