Job Description
International Telephone Products Ltd. is seeking a motivated and organized Click & Collect Assistant to join our team in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing heavy machinery such as forklift trucks and counterbalance equipment.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, checking products for damage and ensuring correct items are selected.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide an excellent customer experience, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential; we welcome applicants with motivation and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Compliance with health and safety guidelines is essential, and applicants must be 18 years or older.
