As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
Ā Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of hotel rooms, residential properties, and commercial spaces.
Ā Manage housekeeping operations effectively, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Ā Execute floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
Ā Provide custodial services that include waste management and restroom sanitation.
Ā Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ā Assist in cooking or food preparation as needed in hospitality settings.
Ā Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Qualifications
Ā Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as vacation rental cleaning or residential cleaning.
Ā Strong understanding of sanitization processes and best practices.
Ā Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ā Familiarity with turnover tasks for Airbnb rentals.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ā Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ā Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and environments.
