About the position
- Responsibilities
- Shadow and work with adjusters to perform administrative duties including issuing payments and completing administrative tasks.
- Participate in special projects such as continuous improvement strategies.
- Connect with insureds and medical providers to gather information on claims.
- Support Claims professionals with large account management.
- Assist in automating the department's weekly scorecard, keeping track of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), helping to track results and report them out to various teams.
- Analyze data used to enhance our customer experience.
- Requirements
- Must be a current college student to qualify.
- Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
