Support volunteer management by recruiting new volunteers, providing training, and supervising ongoing activities to ensure smooth operations.
Curate content for social media platforms to share church news, upcoming events, and inspirational messages that connect with the congregation and broader community.
Manage and lead church communications on platforms such as Whatsapp and Facebook to motivate and inspire attendees.
Coordinate speaking events with local and international organizations to attract new volunteers and participants.
Provide leadership in social work initiatives by supporting those in need within the community through compassionate service and resource sharing.

Proven experience with volunteer management, supervising teams, or leading community initiatives.
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to motivate diverse audiences effectively.
Experience in campus recruitment, social media management, and social work is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to train others and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for service-oriented work.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and energetic approach.
