Pay Type:
Starting at up to $15/hr (full-time 35 hours)
Starting at up to $13/hr (18 , Part-time)
$11-$12/hr (14 , Part-time)
Position Type: Part-Time, Flexible shifts Monday-Saturday
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Must be comfortable working outside
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Customer Service-Oriented
Responsibilities:
Exhibit a positive & servants heart attitude with every customer and team interaction
Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Stock or clean during down time
Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and to cars in the parking lot
Checking for product quality and consistency
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Complete all tasks as assigned
