- What You'll Do as a PSS:
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Assist with meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping, and mobility
- Offer friendly support and companionship
- Follow each client’s personalized care plan
- Keep simple, clear notes on care provided
- What You Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions
- A valid PSS certificate or willingness to complete training within 6 months (we’ll help you get there!)
- A compassionate attitude and strong people skills
