Job Description
Stepp's Towing and Heavy Transport is looking for a Call Taker, which is a front-line position. This position requires effective and timely communication directly with incoming phone calls, accurately processing and entering call information into the dispatch software system, while also delivering a high level of customer service to all phone inquiries.

- Essential Functions:
- Receive and promptly answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Gather all required and pertinent information: Name and phone number, disablement location and drop address, vehicle info, cause of breakdown, etc.
- Perform duties of the Dispatcher Assistant in their absence as directed.

- High School diploma.
- Pay:
- $15 - $16
- Schedule:
- 1st Shift - 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
