- Performs systems analysis and supports end-users for company applications
- Acts as a liaison between business staff, IT teams, and vendors
- Follows requirements gathering processes to identify needs
- Conducts research and analysis to validate business needs
- Supports development teams by communicating requirements
- Coordinates testing to ensure system configuration and performance
- Provides guidance to end-users on application functionality
- Performs root cause analysis of issues and recommends solutions
- Maintains project files and provides status updates
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience for Business Systems Analyst II
- Bachelor's degree in related field, equivalent work experience or demonstrated competency for Sr. Business Systems Analyst
- 2-4 years’ programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience for Business Systems Analyst II
- 4-6 years' programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience for Sr. Business Systems Analyst
- Strong knowledge of business system analysis tools and methodologies
- Understanding of application design and system configuration
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
