- Responsibilities
- Lead the functional requirements gathering with stakeholders.
- Work directly with internal customers to understand business needs.
- Identify relevant design, process, and specification issues.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to determine data requirements and implementation approaches.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in scrum ceremonies.
- Present information and ideas in an engaging and understandable manner.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and collect feedback from the team.
- Develop communication and outreach materials for internal and external audiences.
- Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Desire to work with data and help businesses make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with database modeling, mapping, and system interface documents.
- Experience writing and understanding data rules.
- Experience performing user acceptance testing and story acceptance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills, SQL, and relational database knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
