- Gather and analyze financial data, operational metrics, and business requirements.
- Support or lead ERP finance implementations and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare financial models, cost analyses, and forecasting reports.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and production variances.
- Ensure ERP financial data integrity through validation and internal review processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting optimization.
- Deliver client presentations, documentation, and training sessions.
- Advise leadership teams on financial process improvements and performance drivers (as experience allows).
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development when appropriate.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–15+ years of finance, ERP, or consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in core finance functions, including:- Cost Accounting & Product Costing- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable- Budgeting & Forecasting- Fixed Assets- General Ledger & Financial Reporting- Balance Sheet and P&L analysis
- Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or product-based environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders preferred.
