- Developing and refining the strategic roadmap for the optics manufacturing business unit
- Identifying, mapping, and analyzing key business capabilities
- Designing, documenting, and optimizing business processes related to optical module builds
- Implementing industry standards to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborating with IT teams for technology infrastructure alignment
- Ensuring effective data management practices
- Working closely with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, and Business Operations teams
- Developing and supervising key performance indicators
- Requirements:
- +10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is required
- 5+ years of experience in business architecture, business transformation or related field
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologies
- Documented experience in leading systems implementations and/or integrations
- Experience using and supporting multiple ERP modules: manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, BOMs, Routes, work orders, procurement, master data
- Experience in enabling and supporting B2B manufacturing, procurement, and inventory transactions with partners, OSATs, and 3PLs
- Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation at a working and executive level
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives and collaboration with partners and suppliers
