Strong domain knowledge in Life Insurance; Must have atleast 5 years of work expirence as a BA within Life Insurance domain. Must have strong communication skills and inate curiosity to understand the business process ; Must have created Business Requirements documents, Functional requirement specifications , etc working directly with the business and IT organization; Must have participated in the testing of the requirements. Must have expeirnce in JIRA, Confluence, visio and other tools to document requirement, create workflows and so on; Experience in P&C insurance is an added advantage
