Job Description
I'm looking for a highly skilled Google Sheets/Excel expert to design a professional-grade Life Operating System spreadsheet — part financial tracker, part personal development dashboard — that I can use long-term to stay organized across all areas of my life.
I prefer not to have bank connections or auto-imports as I will be entering my expenses manually - I often split expenses and want full control over what’s tracked. I wouldn't mind automated tracking of debts, net worth, etc.
Key Modules I Want:
Finance
- Manual-entry Expense Tracker (monthly views, category summaries, totals)
- Debt Payoff Tracker (with snowball/avalanche logic, visual progress)
- Net Worth Tracker (assets vs. liabilities, charts)
- Savings Goal Tracker (custom targets like wedding, house, travel)
- Optional: Annual budget planner or cash flow summary
Life & Personal Growth
- Habit Tracker (monthly streaks, health, sleep, exercise, journaling)
- Fitness & Health Metrics Tracker (weight, cholesterol, blood sugar, etc.)

Requirements:
- Clean, intuitive layout with formulas, conditional formatting, drop-downs, etc.
- Mobile-friendly (or at least usable on phone if possible)
- Polished visual design — not overly complicated but not generic
- Usable across multiple years (2025–2030 ideally)
✅ Ideal Freelancer:
- Expert in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel formulas, dashboards, and conditional formatting
- Has built personal finance or life dashboards before (samples welcome)
- Excellent communicator who asks thoughtful clarifying questions
- Optional bonus: understanding of financial literacy, habit tracking, or health logging
Budget:
Open to fixed price ($150–300 depending on scope, polish, and capabilities). Can be flexible, but prefer this range. Let me know if you're best fit for a specific budget tier.
