Job Description

I am currently working closely with the main partner at one of the best-kept secrets in California employment defense — a true boutique firm that gives attorneys real ownership of their work, outstanding compensation, and a culture most lawyers only dream about.

Lead complex employment defense litigation (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and PAGA matters)
Provide high-level advice and counsel to business owners (their “outsourced in-house counsel” model)
Handle depositions, discovery, motions, strategy, and trial preparation
Own your caseload end-to-end

10-15 years of post-qualification experience in Employment Defense
Worked at 2 or 3 firms since graduating law school
Licensed in California
Strong litigation skills + genuine interest in both courtroom work and strategic counseling

Location: 100% Remote (Los Angeles preferred)

Base Salary: $250,000
Highly competitive bonus structure with significant upside
