<strong>Company: EQA Service Canada Inc.<br>Location: Remote — Ontario or Quebec, Canada</strong><br> Job Type: Part-Time | Hourly | Starting at Minimum Wage<br><br><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>EQA Service Canada is a growing after-sales service provider managing warranty operations for major consumer product brands sold through leading retailers across Canada. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, bilingual customer service representative to support our growing customer base.<br>You'll be the voice of our warranty support team — helping customers troubleshoot products, processing claims, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do:</strong><br> Answer inbound customer calls and emails in both English and French<br> Guide customers through basic product troubleshooting steps<br> Create and update service tickets in our customer management system (Zendesk)<br> Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member<br> Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction<br> Follow warranty service guidelines and scripts provided<br><br>

<strong>What We're Looking For:</strong><br> Fully bilingual — fluent spoken and written English and French (non-negotiable)<br> Based in Ontario or Quebec<br> Previous customer service experience preferred but not required<br> Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly<br> Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace<br> Calm, patient, and professional phone manner<br> Available for flexible scheduling including some evenings and weekends<br><br>
