About the position

Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, and Cloud Studio Business Objects.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Lead the design and implementation of data visualization solutions that provide actionable insights.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Provide technical mentorship and support to team members regarding reporting tools and standard methodologies.
Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions to ensure efficient data processing.
Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all reporting activities.
Coordinate with IT and business teams to resolve any issues related to data quality or reporting.
Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in reporting technologies and tools.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the reporting team.

12 to 16 years of experience in production support lead roles.
Expertise in Power BI and Tableau.
Willingness to learn other skills like Crystal Reports and Cloud Studio Business Objects.
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
