Job Description BeVera Solutions is seeking an Analytics and Digital Reporting Specialist to support performance measurement, dashboard inputs, strategic assessments, and digital reporting for a federal public health website. This position will help collect and interpret website and communications data, produce recurring performance summaries, support dashboard improvement efforts, and generate insights that inform content and digital tool decisions. The role aligns with the RFI’s reporting, strategic assessment, dashboard, and digital-tools functions and is consistent with BeVera’s experience in analytics reporting, data visualization, and dashboard-related support. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to BeVera Solutions, LLC. NOTE: Position Contingent upon award of contract. This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract. Key Responsibilities Produce recurring web, communications, and project performance reports. Support content performance assessment, trend analysis, and improvement recommendations. Contribute to dashboard updates and visual reporting products. Help identify metrics and KPIs tied to site performance, user engagement, and tool adoption. Support strategic assessments of content layout, site performance, and digital workflow effectiveness. Coordinate with content, program, and technical teams to translate findings into actionable improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in public health, data analytics, communications, information science, statistics, or related field. 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, digital measurement, dashboard support, or performance evaluation. Experience preparing recurring reports and presenting findings clearly for decision-makers. Strong Excel and data visualization skills; familiarity with dashboard or BI tools preferred. Ability to connect quantitative findings to practical recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal communications, web analytics, or digital programs. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting environments. Experience supporting public health or HHS/CDC clients.
