Benefits Specialist
Our Client, a leading global manufacturer, is keen to recruit an experienced Benefits Specialist . This is a new, permanent Benefits/Reward job, offering a very attractive salary & benefits, hybrid working, great flexibility and a fantastic work environment with brand new offices in the Greater Belfast area .
The successful Benefits Specialist will report to the Senior Benefits Consultant and be responsible for maintaining a range of benefit programmes. The Benefits Specialist will have a key role in benchmarking, researching, renewal and communication of benefit programmes within the company's Total Reward Structure.

The Role
- Collaborate on employee benefit related knowledge and skill sets to determine current benefit trends and form comparisons
- Support the design and implementation of programs eg accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans etc
- Participate in local and global surveys on current benefit trends, pricing and policies
- Collaborate on communicating the benefits program and policies across the company
- Ensure proper communication regarding any changes of updates
- Participate in modelling cost analyses of various program or policy updates
- Sumit data and analyse results from benefits related market surveys
- Communicate effectively with individual employees regarding their benefits
- Provide support to the Total Rewards Team on global projects
The Person
- 3rd level Degree qualification, essential
- Previous experience working in benefits/rewards OR previous experience within a generalist HR role with experience of managing and maintaining employee benefits/reward
- Proficient in MS programs, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
