Factored is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, implement, and optimize advanced NLP solutions. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with 2+ years of direct experience working with production NLP and deep learning models. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. • 2+ years of direct experience working with production NLP and deep learning models. • Excellent English communication skills. • Strong Python skills and adherence to coding best practices. • Deep proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow for deep learning and NLP applications. • Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP) or equivalent on-premise platforms for model deployment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex engineering concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
