Starbucks is currently seeking a Part-Time Barista for our Greensboro location. **Job Description:**
As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, crafting quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You are the face of Starbucks and play a vital role in our mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit Β one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.
**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee and tea beverages.
– Ensure the cleanliness of the store and maintain health and safety standards.
– Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
– Maintain knowledge of menu items and recipes.
– Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
– Participate in necessary training and team meetings.
**Requirements:**
– Must be at least 16 years old.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
– Ability to stand for long periods.
– Must have authorization to work in the United States.
**Educational Qualifications:**
No specific educational qualifications are required for this position. However, high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
**Experience:**
Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not essential. Paid training will be provided.
