13843 – Back Office Project Manager (onsite) – Houston, TX
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Houston, TX (required);
- Experience as a project manager, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry (5+ years);
- Experience working with back office systems such as ERP, CRM, finance systems, Excalibur, or OpenInvoice.
- Experience in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects supporting back office systems, including ERP, CRM, finance systems, Excalibur, and OpenInvoice.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to organize and track project progress.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate project status, progress, and concerns to stakeholders and senior management.
