Job Title: Back-End Engineer
Role Overview
Join a stealth-mode Web3 startup founded by a former Robinhood Crypto engineer and backed by a powerhouse team with experience at Facebook, LinkedIn, and Robinhood. This company is building a real-time, AI-powered trading platform on Solana that’s currently in private beta. As a founding backend engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping bleeding-edge infrastructure and redefining the trader experience in crypto.

- Key Responsibilities
- Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend trading systems
- Take full ownership of new product features from ideation to deployment
- Operate at startup speed: rapid shipping, tight feedback loops, real production impact
- Uphold engineering best practices: thoughtful code reviews, clean architecture, and continuous refactoring
- Contribute to the company’s technical direction and culture
- Education & Qualifications
- Proven experience building and maintaining backend systems at scale
- Fluency with modern backend technologies: Golang, Kafka, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Strong product ownership mindset — comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to debug and iterate quickly in production environments
- Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in crypto or Web3 infrastructure
- Exposure to trading systems or real-time data architectures
- Experience working in startup environments or small, high-impact teams
