Title: AVP Sales - Healthcare

Exp-3-8 only we are looking for junior candidates - don't send any resume more than 10 + years candidates
Manager Notes: focus on junior candidates who can be trained. Even good account manager who wants to do sales will work too! Healthcare exp is mandatory.
- Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven business development and C suite client engagement and management.
- Ideal candidate is coin operated and driven by a commission plan
- Experience in healthcare (in healthcare provider accounts and growing business from Million to Millions)
- Has relationship in the provider and health tech area
- Healthcare consulting background
- Proven selling experience around Digital, Data, Automation led IT transformation
- High energy, hungry, passion to grow and build business
- Strong vision for digital transformation in Healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience directing project work to others, handling conflict and building teams.
- Demonstrated ability to function autonomously with limited to no guidance.
- Ability to organize time and projects efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, strategic and organizational skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Education
- Bachelors degree and MBA (not required but nice to have)
