Our client is looking to add an Auto Bodily Injury Claims Specialist to their Arizona team. This role plays a vital part in managing moderate to complex Auto Bodily Injury claims, specifically attorney represented files within the Non-Standard auto market. The position offers the flexibility for the candidate to work remotely and includes full medical benefits while on assignment. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity, with the high likelihood to convert to a permanent role within 90 days. Key Responsibilities β’ Investigate and evaluate attorney represented Auto Bodily Injury claims to determine liability and assess damages. β’ Conduct thorough reviews of accident details, coverage, and injury documentation, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements. β’ Negotiate fair and timely settlements, manage litigation exposure, and collaborate with defense counsel when necessary. β’ Provide recommendations on coverage issues and participate in continuous improvement of internal claims handling standards. β’ Maintain detailed documentation within the claims management system, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. β’ Support and mentor less experienced adjusters by sharing technical guidance and best practices on complex claims. Qualifications β’ 5+ years of experience handling Personal Auto Bodily Injury claims β’ Must be well versed in handling attorney repped and litigated files β’ Active Adjuster Licenses are required. β’ Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a solid track record of resolving claims efficiently. β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex claim scenarios. β’ Familiarity with claims systems (e.g., Guidewire, ClaimCenter) and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
