I’m looking for an experienced audio editor to help optimise the original recorded sound in my Instagram Reels. The raw footage (golf club striking ball/turf) has a clean, punchy sound, but once uploaded to Instagram the audio becomes thin, clicky, and unimpressive.
I need someone who can:
Work specifically with the original recorded audio (not added sound effects or stock audio)
Diagnose why sound quality is degrading after export/upload
Adjust compression, EQ, and other settings to keep the impact of the raw audio
Provide export settings/workflow recommendations tailored for Instagram Reels
(Optional) Build a repeatable audio preset/template for DaVinci Resolve
Requirements:
Proven experience editing original sound for social media content
Strong understanding of compression, EQ, noise reduction, and mastering for short-form platforms
Preferred:
Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or ability to guide me within it
Deliverable:
Fixed and optimised audio workflow that preserves the natural, punchy impact of my original recordings once uploaded to Instagram.
