- Responsibilities
- Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in the applicable state
- 1+ years of insurance defense litigation experience

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 ā $190,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
