Job Description:Asst. Manager Sales ā North will be responsible for developing and expanding the market for Bloom Engineering products and solutions within the assigned region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, generating enquiries, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure profitable orders aligned with company targets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the market for Bloom Engineering products and combustion solutions within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers across relevant industries.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers to generate enquiries and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to support sales strategy and future business planning.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals including preliminary designs, cost estimates, and proposal documentation.
- Coordinate with application engineers and internal technical teams for technical inputs and solution development.
- Develop competitive bid strategies by gathering information on project requirements, customer budgets and competitor bids.
- Follow up on proposals and negotiate orders to secure profitable business with realistic delivery timelines.
- Plan and schedule workload to ensure timely submission of proposals and responses to customer enquiries.
- Support timely collection of customer payments in coordination with finance and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the global sales and engineering teams to ensure the latest technology and product information is utilized in sales activities.
Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
