About the position
- Responsibilities
- Supervise resource management and plan the delivery and improvement of services, programs, and personnel.
- Analyze business and financial data to support the implementation and tracking of business plans.
- Communicate results of analyses to diverse audiences and influence team members to take action based on sound recommendations.
- Inspect manufacturing/warehouse environments for potential safety violations and determine appropriate actions to take when violations are encountered.
- Develop, prioritize, and coordinate work plans, reviewing project schedules and ensuring adherence to milestones.
- Facilitate the resolution of customer problems, issues, or concerns, ensuring identification of customer needs and priorities.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or 1 year of experience as a Walmart supervisor or 2 years of external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees.
- Completion of a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.
- Must become a registered pharmacy technician in the state of practice within one year of job entry.
