Position: Appointment Setting Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:
ย Identify potential prospects through web research and business directories.
ย Initiate contact with leads through email, calls, and other communication channels.
ย Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring alignment with their availability.
ย Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems.
Collaboration:
ย Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals.
ย Provide feedback on campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
ย 1ย3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
ย Previous experience in an International BPO environment is preferred.
ย Proficiency in internet research and lead generation tools.
ย Familiarity with CRM and appointment scheduling software.
ย Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ย Strong organizational and time management abilities.
