About the position
- Responsibilities
- Set appointments on behalf of clients and the agency using inbound leads.
- Utilize a personalized onboarding experience to ensure qualified appointments are set.
- Support clients' lead generation efforts to enhance their return on investment (ROI).
- Communicate effectively with clients to build relationships and retain them.
- Requirements
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Products (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Apple Products (Pages, Numbers, Keynote).
- Comfortable making 100+ phone calls per day.
- Experience in inbound and/or outbound call environments (call center experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management and personal accountability.

- Experience with CRM management or relevant software.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and challenges.
