- What you’ll do
- Train and ramp our outbound appointment setter (cold calls + follow-up)
- Review calls (recordings and/or live monitoring) and give direct, actionable feedback
- Run 1–2 coaching huddles per week (objection handling, script refinement, pipeline hygiene)
- Improve openers, talk track, voicemail, follow-up cadence, and appointment close
- Hold standards for call activity, dispositioning, and notes
- Provide weekly reporting: what’s working, what’s not, what to adjust next week

- Better connect → conversation rate
- More qualified appointments booked weekly
- Higher show rate + stronger meeting quality
- Consistent activity and clean tracking
- Ideal experience
- Proven experience coaching SDRs / appointment setters (B2B preferred)
- Strong with cold call structure, objections, and “close for the meeting”
- Comfortable being direct and holding reps accountable
- Familiar with call recordings/tools (RingCentral or similar is a plus)
- Bonus: experience creating scorecards, scripts, KPI dashboards
- Time commitment
- 4 hours/week to start (flexible)
- Call reviews + feedback
- 1–2 weekly huddles
- Quick async support between sessions as needed

- Calls run through RingCentral (computer-based). We’ll provide access to recordings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $125.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
