Responsibilities:
 Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
 Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each client.
 Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve communication skills.
 Provide education and guidance to clients and their families regarding communication strategies and techniques.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
 Collaborate with other school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
 Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
 Current Minnesota state license.
 Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
 Experience working with schools
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
