OverviewChewy is looking for a Solutions Manager to join our HR Operations Team! In this role, you will serve as the domain expert and HRIS point of contact for the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Time & Attendance platform. This role will support and drive the implementation of new functions and enhancements by understanding end-user needs and developing functional and effective solutions - all to provide an outstanding user experience!

Requirements

รย Proven attention to detail
รย Comfort with leading multiple tasks and projects
รย Expertise in agile software development methodologies
รย Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts
